Ugni-Blanc combined with Cognac and aged for at least four years in oak barrels give our Pineau des Charentes Blanc a fruitiness full of freshness softened with a hint of honey.
Try it with sea mussels, scallops or goat's cheese.

"Ugni blanc, colombard, and montils are united in equal parts in this Pineau with a flattering nose of hazelnut, pear, and apple. The palate is supple, very fruity, and refreshingly bright. A lively white, simple and tasteful."
