The transport of your order
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and signature.
On demand, we provide you with a link that will allow you to follow online the delivery of your package.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are amply sized and protected.
In case of damage in transit, please notify the deliverer and refuse delivery. If you can, take photos and contact us by e-mail at boutique@cognacforgeron.com within 48 hours specifying AVARIE in the subject of the message. Beyond 72 hours, the carrier declines all responsibility and there will be no refund possible.
