Appearance : Bright straw yellow, crystal clear and radiant. It catches the light beautifully, immediately suggesting freshness and vibrancy.

Nose : Refined and charming. White flowers (hawthorn, acacia, vine blossom) mingle with fresh fruits (crisp pear, white grapes, lemon zest). In the background, a delicate nuance reminiscent of lightly peated Japanese whiskies: precision, purity, and a subtle hint of green tea and sandalwood.

Palate : A clean, lively attack, very true to Folle Blanche: tension without aggression. White peach and quince unfold, lifted by a refreshing saline-mineral twist.

Finish : Pure, fresh and persistent, with a floral return and a zesty nuance, leaving an elegant, subtly maritime impression.
