Appearance — Deep gold with golden honey reflections; dense yet crystal-clear brilliance: maturity meets the radiance of the grape variety.

Nose — Broad, elegant and gently patinated, supported by a mineral backbone: dried flowers (linden, chamomile), fresh candied fruits (apricot, quince), a hint of bitter orange on the finish; with aeration, fresh vanilla and a touch of blond tobacco emerge.

Palate — A characterful XO: depth, controlled warmth, preserved freshness; silky texture with a precise balance between oak and fruit.

Gourmet accents — Frangipane, vanilla-cinnamon, subtle macchiato notes; an evocation of “galette des rois” (almond and candied fruits).

Finish — Long, precise and mineral, with lingering notes of candied citrus and gentle spices.
