A Cognac Grande Champagne to give taste to your dishes!
Sauces, creams, flambéing or even cocktails, our Cognac Le Flambant, aged for 2 to 3 years, is intended above all for cooking. Proposed at 60% alc. you will use only half of the usual dosage because it is very fragrant. And if it is simple to add to your preparation, it is much more complicated to remove!
