Appearance — Amber with copper highlights, bright and clear, with beautiful viscosity: maturity without heaviness.

Nose — Deep and captivating: elegant rancio (dried fruits, soft fig, candied orange zest), layers of toffee, vanilla, precious wood and a hint of mocha; a delicate smoky touch (extinguished fireplace wood) in the background, lifted by fine spices (candied ginger, white pepper) adding subtle tension.

Palate — Silky and generous, with a velvety texture. Broad yet controlled complexity: prune, beeswax, blond tobacco, a touch of coffee; a discreet but present spicy edge (ginger/pepper) bringing a lively, gently tingling freshness without overpowering. A taut, almost saline minerality stretches and balances the whole.

Finish — Very long, noble and refined, like embers slowly fading, with a final spicy flicker and lingering notes of dry cocoa and orange peel.
